90 batteries originally in 3 separate boxes.

The motorcycle went from 312 lb to 330 lb with the extra 21
batteries. Two less power cables and an even cleaner look.

The weight distribution is close to the original too since
we moved the 12 V box to the bottom.

Thanks to Allen for the custom built battery box. :)

Very nice & clean, love it!

Does the enclosed casing have heat issues? The wiring to the 9-pin connectors looks fairly thick. Are you doing cell-level (5p) charging?

None to date with heat. I have individual 2 amp chargers to each group of 5 batteries for a perfectly balanced pack every time.
Yes that is 25 chargers, but at only $8.95 per charger, (when I ordered them, now they are $9.95) well worth the deal. Ride during the day. Charge at night.

It is 15" wide by 16" long by 6.5" tall and is in the top section of the bike.
The middle box has 35 batteries in it and on the bottom there is a 8 cell 12V box
all neatly tucked (with even some room for air to the motor) all behind the fairing.

Only 3 power cables are used to the controller and two to the motor. This might
(other than the harry legs) show how the battery trays are set up.

It is a fairly skinny bike.

The Fairings are in their normal position (not pulled out) so I measured and designed it to fit.
I have not finished mounting the Molex connectors. They will get tucked in this weekend.
