I base on diagram from Alltrax site and looking at some diagram in forum ;)

Would not recommend it. It might work initially, but will probably get hot and eventually fail after hours of operation.

I think AXE4834 can load at 60V, but I don't know where to find a contactor 60v?
Maybe can I try use EV200 and use DC-DC converter?

Will you be running an auxiliary 12VDC in your system anyway? In that case you could simply get the suggested EV200 with a 12V coil.

Hmm, replaced EV200 with MZJ-400 and make it through dc-dc converter, is it right ?

I'd put a switch on your DC-DC, or put if after the Contractor, or you'll drain your battery really quickly.

How do you intend to turn on/off the Contactor? There's no low voltage wiring connected across that Zener Diode on the coil. If for a motorcycle, I'd install a keyswitch to turn on the contactor as well.

A "48V" lithium battery will be around 58V fully charged. That's why the 4834 allows up to 60V. A 48V contactor coil will handle the same range. You won't be able to use a "60V" lithium battery since it will top out around 72V and won't let the 4834 turn on.

EV200 or GV200 with coil economizer will work from 32-95V coil voltage, as long as the voltage is pue DC and not PWM from a controller. The non-economizer 48V GV200 will handle up to 64V coil voltage.

How fast the DC-DC drains the battery depends on the converter. Decent quality isolated will have very little draw with no load. If you charge daily or even weekly you can leave it connected and just disconnect for long term storage. Typical is 1-2W input draw with no load. A smallish pack, say 48V, 40Ah, would take nearly 2 months to fully discharge.

Recommend you fuse the input and output of the DC-DC converter. 5A input and 15A output would work.
