We've often heard from electric motorcycle and other EV enthusiasts that the limitations of waterjet and laser cutting make it difficult to complete their build with waterjet or laser cut parts. So we've developed and recorded various techniques for working with waterjet or laser cut parts to make it easier to build brackets, frames, and more. Check out the articles we've written to help you get the most out of waterjet or laser cutting:

I love your website. I went from knowing nothing about waterjet cutting to knowing exactly what to expect, including the limitations and artifacts of the process, choosing hole size, etc. And the instant quote feature is...money. The inkscape plugin worked perfectly. I've recently put over 600 miles on my conversion which has the frame/mount/battery support structure built from 3/8 and 1/8 inch Al cut in your shop. It all went together easier than expected. Thanks and keep up the great work!

Looks awesome. Is that the same machine that's on your website?
