What sort of runtime at race pace do you get?

the runtime is about 40 minutes. normaly i make two 20 minute turns, after that my energy is down too. itīs enuogh for a good practice

Just about perfect, with typical race times between 20 and 35 minutes.

Have you seen this conversion?

Interesting last paragraph about taking a storage battery to fast charge the bike on location.

yes, i knew this conversion and learn a lot from him. This conversion is much more professional than my bike (he is the master) . i build it in my garage without big tools.
fast charging is a big problem, but i build a second battery pack and be able to change it in 30 minutes (only for racing)

Why the two stage transmission?
Alignment? Use standard sprokets?

The Agni 95 have a real high rpm (maybee 6000rpm). to get anough torqe you must chooe a high ratio. A greater rear sproket with more than 54 teeth is not practicle. So i build this transmission with standard sprokets . the positiv effect is you dont kill the bearing from the motor. But the 520 chain is a little noisy
