I saw one yesterday that said the Chinese company NIO will have their SS battery out Q4 2022.
Competition is a good thing!!
You are making fast progress. Maybe you will have it on the road before the snow melts LOL
I wonder if Norton will make a come back. Personally, I was bummed big time when they went out of business before they could really advance the Wankel rotary to the next level
Thats interesting... the fiberglass sheets are prefab and you machined in dovetail tabs? No epoxy necessary to secure after the weight of the batteries installed?
I thought you might try a belt drive for the shorter primary drive, as a tensioner could be placed simply to adjust. But a chain will work too.
That was a drama! Maybe an Emmy nomination!!
We used to send all of our garbage to China, it looks like our old batteries will be going to Europe!
It said International network of battery collection. Interesting.
You wont regret the ME1616...
The power output and torque is amazing.

Just remove the swingarm, wheel and components and store them to put back on. You can find a swingarm that will fit and modify the new replacement one that you find, as long as you dont have to...
There was a member here up in Canada that had a problem with importing an Urbet Ego a few years ago. That would be a good article to write
BMW coming out with a suit to ride emc's on the moon!!
It wont take too long to see salvage yards get em. YAYYYYY!!!
I was going to comment on the slow steering in the video. I thought it was because of the automotive tires. Here's an interesting video on the use of car tires on motorcycles...
I agree with the spoonman 100%!!
If you don't already have a chassis to work with, then you'll want to decide what it is that you want to accomplish, then try and find a good deal on the best...
That was one heck of a project and I'm sure you learned a lot. What are you gonna do different on version 2?
I wonder if this or something very similar is what commercial airline pilots keep seeing flying down in the Los Angeles area.
"Stainless Steel Origami" .... what a fascinating concept!
You might find something used for that price....it will require some real search skills LOL
50/50 balance is fantastic.
Have you ridden over bumpy, bad pavements? That would be a true test to see how it responds
It's important so don't go too cheap as it will be good money down the drain. Just my opinion

She's getting there.... what are you going to do for shocks?
Maybe an adjustable air shock would be a good idea...
I think this is awesome news... with all of the unemployment, this gives some talented garage entrepreneurs a possible way to make some money.
What is the battery pack specs and vehicle range. I'm curious about the generator's output as well. What happens if you don't pedal at all?
