1996 Honda Rebel 450 conversion, "rEVel"

I recently completed a conversion (version 0.1) of an '86 Honda Rebel 450, using an Enertrac hub motor, Kelly controller, and GBS cells. It is a basic conversion intended for semi-rural commuter use. Not much to look at, but I think I like the utilitarian rawness of it. I have about 150 miles total including five successful commute round trips so far. Performance is very good in general, although I am starting to run into some phase slip in the controller, always something to iron out!
Drive train: 32xGBS 40Ah LiFePO4 cells, Kelly KLS12301-8080IPS,24V-120V,300A,Sinusoidal BLDC Motor Controller, EnerTrac NHM-602 air cooled 10kW hub motor.

Has anyone built a similar conversion?

I found the problem. Nothing wrong with the controller. Faulty contact at the inline fuse holder supplying the controller logic power. Quick fix. Back to 100%

Sounds like a fun project. A more useful photo(s) would be from the sides, to better show the components.

Update. I now have over 1000 electric miles. No problems to speak of. Lots of puzzled looks from drivers...
