Welllllll.. it has been a LONG time guys! But this project is alive and kicking! The rolling chassis is complete. Battery pack, motor/controller, Orion BMS, Thunderstruck Charger and Andromeda display installation are all complete and full system is tested, and functioning excellently! I have moved on to shaping the body work - THIS is the good stuff. More photos coming up in following posts...

Center console and floor in the works. The square-ish shape at the bottom of the console will be obscured by the seats so I did not put much time into sculpting a lot of shape into it, plus I actually formed that section of the console directly over the top of a car stereo amplifier so I wouldnt have to give up space anywhere else for it.

That lever in the console is a Two-way Curtis boat throttle, so I will have hand controls for throttle. That little LCD screen is the controls for the adjustable air suspension.

Shaped the dashboard using the interlocking floor mats and lots of hot glue. This foam is great for shaping contours because it cuts easy, holds its shape well over unsupported spans, but when you give an edge a little twist or pull, it creates a smooth transition without having to carve the whole thing.

Shaping the rear section. I decided to make this part more of a deck instead of trying to blend the roofline down into it. I couldn't figure out how to blend and keep it looking cool, plus this "deck" gives me a good place to carry bicycles.
