I was thinking the same thing, is ground clearance going to be an issue?

Hope that things get back on track for you Chri5, would love to see the end of this project mate!

time for another update things getting back on track now (woot) i have a new workshop instead of using a friends i have decided to give up of the FZ6 the frame wasnt the best (its not symetical) but before you think this is the end of this thread i have a new plan.....

a kawask-E seeming as i blow it up having to much fun (2 snapped conrods at ~1**mph scary sh*t) im transplanting the E-bike to the 2011 Z750r for a much meaner modern look and im looking to have it all finish for summer. once i get the battery mounts fabicated ill post up some images and to all those intrested in my display i will post all the information very soon but the system just keeps growing latst addition is a simple overcharge system to shut off dumb chargers (like mine) if any cell reaches 4.15v (upto 32 cells atm but can be modded in code for MANY more)

o yeah and the battery cage on the FZ6 is VERY low but the bike can lean on a flat surface upto 50 degrees before contact so yes it would of been dangerous which is another reason for the change of chassis

I too have interest in the display. I'm researching many different options now and arduino keeps calling at me. However,
I think it deserves a whole new thread with specifics, like what pcb's you used and what computers/OS you tried to program with.
All info you can share with us will be much appreciated by all!!
