    I still think we need more information on where this is going, what its doing, pack size/voltage, etc. Motor is just one part of a system and we know next to nothing on where it's going.

    200V is a troublesome voltage , Mosfet can go up to 150V but no more , IGBT can be good up to 450V but are less efficient at lower voltage , so at 200V you will have to use an IGBT controller outside the best efficiency voltage , you can either lower the voltage to go back inside the mosfet range or go way igher in the IGBT voltage range. Any motor can be made with windings tuned for a specific voltage so is up to you to made a reasonable system.

    Nice catch, it is somewhat troubling. We are making "some" progress with IGBTs..

    Tell us more about the drivetrain (battery, BMS, Controller, etc). Type of vehicle is unimportant at this point.
