What do you think your total bike weight will be after everything is installed? If its near 300Lbs this thing will be a rocket.

Easily over 300 lb... Hoping for 350 - 375... I'm sure it will still be a rocket. I hope the throttle will have a smoother feel than the AXE had. If I come across a deal on a good used Domino, I may still try that as a future upgrade over the Magura.

Maybe someday...a buddy has a gopro and software, said he would help make one.

This weekend I figured with all this extra torque and hp added, I'd better gussy up the frame

I've got the Sevcon and ME1616 mounted and I'll be wiring the Sevcon next. I'm in the process of fabin up the battbox. It's kinda like a 3d puzzle... it became obvious the cooling system wasn't going to fit and needed to be redone
I lucked out and found a guy in Eureka that buys Estate sales and sells items on eBay... he had a garage full of boxes of odds and ends motorcycle parts from these sales... I found the perfect radiator. It says Kawasaki, neither of us knows what model it's for, but it fits this build to a T.

    Steve,
Did you purchase the programmer from me?

I'd like to get a different file loaded on there, than the one you had months ago.

Yes. Do you not keep records of what you sell to customers? I'm sure you've gotten more clients and probably overloaded with your primary job as well as running a side business. I understand. I never downloaded the software because I'm not ready for that stage yet. Getting much closer though. Painfully close

Steve, I do, but I've a huge increase in customers in the last 4 months and couldn't recall. I just wanted to check.

Let me know when you get there, because we'll want to update it.

Well, I got the Sevcon harness wired up ... I tried to tidy up this plate of spaghetti as well as I could.... I hope I didn't break any soldered unions stuffing all of this pasta into my ex-fuel tank!! I guess I'll find out soon enough

Had time to tidy up the fuse box a bit today.

These WAGO connectors are handy to connect a bunch of common ground wires together.

    https://www.amazon.com/Wago-221-415-...F7EJRAJHFY85F5
I squeezed some silicone grease into each hole when I inserted the wires to make it more water proof. I'll see how well they hold up to vibrations and road bumps.
This thick, medium dense foam rubber is great for securing relays. This is the turn indicator relay/blinker.
I also used this foam rubber to secure the key switch relay, hidden and siliconed inside the foam rubber, below:

And, of coarse, I had to add some stickers! HeeeHeeeHeeee ...Hey! Big Oil...
