Would be fine for getting around a relatively small congested city like San Francisco. That high voltage is kind of surprising for a low budget bike.

Range aside, that configuration would be mah000sively popular throughout mainland europe as an alternative to standard scooters.
In fact even with the limited range it may well still be plenty. I could see an enormous market for it!
