My name is Kevin & I make stuff that looks kool but, also does something.

I call it "functional art"

I did lots of research on this site, last summer, when I was finishing up my electric motorcycle conversion. (I'll start a thread to show ya)

I thought I was registered but, I guess not because I had to do it again.

I don't think I've seen anybody leave the exhaust pipes on! That's different!

OH... and to upload pics, sometimes I have to resize them to something like a 2000 pixel x 3000pixel size....that usually works

Yes, I wanted it to keep the look, as close to stock, as I could

Resizing every single pic is a PITA
...isn't there an easier way

Why don't I have to resize my pics on other forums?

I have been able to download pictures from my computer files in the 1 MB range without any issues or having to resize them. Attached are some scanned photos of a trip to Yosemite that I took with two friends in 1964.

Resizing them lowers the kB size in effect (for the Avatar pic) or MB size for posting on threads or in the Gallery. If I post from Tapatalk on my cell phone I dont think I need to resize them. I dont usually use my phone though for alot of internet stuff. That is just the easiest way for me on my Ubuntu OS

So, this is how you'all treat newbies?

I joined this forum to share my electric motorcycle conversion. (~2,800 views in 3 weeks)

In my first week, of being a new member of this forum, I've been told
...my writing is unreadable
...my videos suck
...my motor is in a bad place
...my "jack shaft" idler is "an overweight and overwrought design"
...if this was some incredible build, I'd be a lot more willing to put up with the idiosyncratic style, but honestly, it's not.
...it's a "low powered", "art bike
...& then, I got banned for defending myself, my craftsmanship & my art in "my own thread"

I am & have been a member of many forums for many years & I have never been bullied or have ever had a problem like this & I have never before, been banned from any forum...ever.

This Ted Dillard & Electro Flyers are "classic/textbook" examples of "Trolls" or some may refer this type of behavior as "Haters"

They Trolled & Flamed & Spammed "my" motorcycle build thread until it was deemed "impossible to follow" & got it "closed"
