MotoCzysz is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant/ Office Manager to perform a variety of functions in support of the CEO, the General Manager and to company as a whole. Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills are essential to this position.


The Executive Assistant/Office Manager provides full administrative support to CEO and provides general administrative support to the General Manager. This position also plays a key role in ensuring the overall smooth functionality of the office.

Primary responsibilities include managing CEO's calendar; scheduling, preparation, and follow-up to meetings, coordinate business travel (domestic and international). Plan and coordinate logistics for domestic and international freight, events, meetings, and conventions. Also this person is responsible for organizing and maintaining company files and reports as well as accepting and screening telephone calls, greeting visitors, answering inquires, arranging and hosting high level meetings and appointments all while responding to correspondence in a professional manner. This position will require the ability to create, proofread and revise materials for accuracy and thoroughness, provide back-up support to our Bookkeeper, coordinate various office support services, including purchasing and receiving, arranging staff meetings or events, and support human resources and facilities management.


-Minimum 3 years experience working with senior-level executives.
-BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
-Must possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

-Confidentiality -- good judgment and discretion in handling all matters must be observed on a continual basis.
-Outstanding computer skills -- proficient in Microsoft Office applications --Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Mail.
-Organization -- answering phones, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, plan corporate events and meetings, manage event logistics.
-Strong business writing skills -- the ability to compose letters and memos with minimal supervision- from ideas and outlines into completed professional documents.
