Have found a place for the charger , dc and 12V life.
Charger goes into former 12V battery space, while the aux battery and dc will sit under the back seat. only needing a plate to screw onto.

Need to find a way to secure the charger... something like on the sachs comes to mind..hmm need to figure that out
