Anyway, I live just around the corner from your homestay so with the race being postponed until this evening, if there's any last minute bits I can help with e.g. hooking you...

Bit harsh John! You have to keep this in perspective. The TTZero is a tiny part of the TT which actually has a hugely disproportionate amount of money and time devoted to it by the race organisers....

Because the time was done during an official practice it is entered into the official TT data archive, but because it wasn't during a race it won't be recorded as 'race time' and no, doesn't qualify...

It may well be on. The usual gamesmanship abounds!
Apparently both MotoCzysz bikes lost their instruments at Ramsey (start of mountain climb) and had to 'guess' their battery levels.

Well, I was going to say that the reverse protection diode is unneccesary because the solenoid is dc and so will work either polarity anyway. But, then it seemed like a good idea to leave it in but...
