Overall, I think these are good, basic rules.
    A few questions:
    No rider-connected tether shutoff?
Streamlining bodywork can only extend 6" rearward? Seems a quite a bit more limited than current eRoadRacing regulations, but you must have a good reason for it.
Also, you might want to check if "eGrandPrix" or "eSuperSport" are protected by trademark or other IP registrations.

    "plainly marked emergency disconnect switch"

Is this a main power switch or one that can disconnect the main contactor relay shutting off the power?

    "flashing red light"

Any part number/sellers for this item? I have a flashing Yellow one on the shelf...

    Thanks

What is the distance at which sound levels will be measured for, and where will they be measured from? <- serious question
My bike is 90db from 3 feet while at speed naturally.

Is this a buttery interrupt or is opening the contactor and killing all DC current on the bike enough?

    Thanks,

    EC

I have a few general questions too.

Would racers need an AHRMA membership to run at the events? or a similar roadracing license?
Also, how many laps will there be in each leg of the series?
Would racers have to race at every venue of the series? or can they race at a few or just even just one?

This looks like a great series, I don't know if I'll make this years, but I am hoping to get in this...its the future and exciting.

AHRMA rules measure sound at tracksid, as bikes fly by at full throttle.
My Brammo measures only 66db, and my Kawasaki Z1 Superbike with hotrod engine and big baffled Kerker header is 104db.
any zero emission bike should be waaaay under 100db.

killing current to motor is enough.

AHRMA membership is required, and you can run as many or few races as you like.

Is anyone on elMoto planning to race in this series, and if so, when and where?
