We recently upgraded to a higher voltage so my Sevcon Gen 4 Size 6 controller with wire harness is for sale.
Voltage 48 – 80 VDC (39.1-116 VDC)
550 Amp 2 min – RMS Current Rating
220 Amp S2-60 min – RMS Current Rating

System works perfectly and is currently programmed for a Montenrgy ME1507 (or ME 1616) PMAC Brushless Motor.

I will email the program, but you will have to get it activated.

Hi Ed,
Sorry for the newb question, but its possible to program it with DVT to work the same as Zero? I have Zero Fx
And the plug so I change some values from time to time, the voltage is about 116v.

It should, Zero bikes came with Sevcon's at one time. ( Please, someone correct me if this is wrong, I have seen Zero programming)
What motor do you have?

Thinking about start a build with permanent magnet AC motor, but I am at the planing stage, this items go fast in the market today, so I'll probably miss my chance with you.
