    My project and a problem

    My project is a Husqvarna SM610 with a Golden Motors 10 kW brushless dc motor, 48V, 60A, 14S Nissan Leaf cells, a Kelly 70501 8080I controller and a "Speed throttle z6". I bought everything from miromax.lt (except for the frame of course). Only thing I have connected now is throttle, no regen braking and no "shift". (There is a slider button for low, high and normal speed.)
    What's strange is, if I give full throttle and holds it for just a few seconds my bike dies and I have to shut everything down before restarting it again. Second thing is that it doesn't happen anything when I turn the throttle just a little.
    Can it be a setting in the controller that cuts off when I am holdig full throttle? P1010115.jpg

    Well, it is possible that I found the problem. The controller was set to 2-speed function. I will see if the change to "normal" will do any difference, tomorrow.

    There is a setting "TPS dead high" which is set to 95%. I guess thats why it dies when I hold the throttle fully open.
